Cattle Mutilations in South America

Argentina's Government Calls for Investigation

In the early days of May this year, strange lights appeared in the night skies over Saliquellò, Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina. The next morning farmers found three of their cattle strangely mutilated.

Since then, more heavenly lights have appeared and at least 70 animals in La Pampa province have been found mutilated. The animals have been cut open in a unique manner previously documented in the U.S., and hypothesized as being of alien origin. MSNBC.com reported on June 20, 2002, that the Argentinean government is sending scientists to explore these "X-Files"-like incidents.

A spokesman for Senasa, the animal health inspection service in Argentina, stated, "It's very strange. ... We are sending a team of technicians to take samples and perform the necessary studies to see if we can find a scientific explanation for this" (MSNBC.com ).

In fact, "mutilation" is a misnomer for the surgical precision of the cuts, the cauterized edges of the incisions, and the lack of blood in and around the carcasses. All aspects are reminiscent of the cattle mutilations that began being reported in the U.S. in the 1960s. Even the body parts excised — ears, genitals, tongues, and salivary glands, among others — and the fact that the meat of the animals had not been touched are characteristic of previous mutilations reported in the U.S.

Local farmers acknowledged there were no signs of wild boar attacks. A veterinarian who examined the carcasses said: "It is a strange circumstance. There are no signs that the animal put up a fight, nor is there any evidence of scorched pastureland. I'm not saying that this is the handiwork of alien beings, but it's a strange circumstance nonetheless. Even the other animals refuse to come close to the dead ones, and curiosity is a characteristic element of bovines," he concluded.

The first recorded cattle mutilation of this type happened in Gallipolis, OH, in 1963. At that time, not even the most technologically advanced surgeons in the world could perform this quality of surgery. Between 1963 and 1993, there were over 10,000 reports of cattle mutilations in 48 states in the U. S., Canada, the U. K. and now Argentina. Over the years, sheep and horse carcasses in a similar condition have been found, as well. Although necropsies were performed in many cases, no cause of this baffling phenomenon has ever been determined.

Nowadays, there are a few surgeons in the world with the ability to perform high-level laser surgery, which is what this mutilation appears to be. Their surgery is performed in hospitals, on humans. If these cattle surgeries were scientific experiments, why are they being done in remote fields, leaving behind mysteriously butchered carcasses? If this is a secret government project why isn't it being conducted behind closed doors, with no evidence left behind?

The correlation of strange lights in the sky with these laser surgeries strongly points to extra-terrestrial (ET) involvement. Since other ET activites, such as UFO sightings and human abductions, are already officially "non-existent," mysteries to remain unsolved, it stands to reason that these cattle mutilations, investigated like other ET events, are in fact an ET activity.

Late breaking news!

The following report was received from Daniel Ojunian, a Flower of Life graduate from Bahía Blanca, Province Buenos Aires, Argentina, on June 25, 2002.

Mutilated cattle have been found here in the last 15 days. This happened in a 600-square-kilometer (270-square-mile) area where 160 cows, one bull, and one horse have been found dead. Their bodies did not smell, they were not stiff, their articulations were soft, and they'd been dead for 10 days! Not even predators went near them to eat.

The mutilations always happened at night. In some cases "strange lights" had been seen in the sky. No human or vehicle prints were found nearby; in some cases, the carcasses were found in inaccessible places, in others, a few feet from farm houses. The mutilations were done with a surgeon's precision. The incisions were precise and they look cauterized, but neither hairs nor skin were burnt. Also, the bones were intact. The right side of the animal was always chosen to be mutilated: the ear, eye, tongue, and part of the cheek, as well as the udder and sexual and reproductive organs. There was no trace of blood in the wounds.

Local and national press are investigating these deaths; some animals have been sent to universities to be studied by pathologists, but they have not come to any conclusions or explanations. These events, and the lack of any explanation, are alarming and frightening a lot of people.
