Earth Changes and the Empath (Deutsch)
By CC Treadway
I am a very empathic person. The empathic path is not an easy one, but it has many gifts. When an empath is confronted with a tidal wave of global pain, it's very hard to handle, very hard. During this latest natural disaster, I watched a lot of good people go down in my community. For those who are not empathic, they might not understand what it is like. I started feeling the wave of the tsunami 5 days before it happened. I knew something was coming because I had tracked this reaction in the past to natural disasters.
My energy field and how it affects my feelings and body, are my biggest indicators about what is happening with me, with others and the world. When it hit, the tectonic plates of my heart, so connected to the field of humanity and earth, began to crack. Then I was flooded with emotion and destabilization; then I started to feel poison in my body like a nuclear meltdown. I would have thought I was completely crazy if I didn't have so many friends going through the same thing.
An empath literally feels their feelings, or other's feelings, at around 3-5 times the intensity as most people. An empath might spend a lifetime learning how to manage all of these feelings in the world, finding the right people they can trust and feel safe with and creating a life that supports them instead of beating themselves up for not being like everyone else. It's not an easy path; it requires vigilance with the emotional body because they are much more likely to get sick should they ignore the emotional warnings. An empath needs to learn how to have boundaries, clean their energy fields regularly, have a healthy, chemical free diet, surround themselves with people who understand them and spend lots of time in nature.
Water is the emotional body of the planet. The moody Neptunian energy of the water creates a place of dreams, illusions, as well as the opportunity to see through the veil. When we get lost in the sea of our pain, it feels like we are drowning, and we can't see the sun, we can't see straight at all. Neptune also rules earthquakes. When an earthquake hits and a tsunami follows, the movement of water and energy is so vast that it unleashes hidden emotional pain, astral energies, and collective thought forms and beliefs ready to be upgraded. Illusions are shattered.
For me, it was a period of 10 days of standing tall in the face of opposition to my inner core, my truth. I felt the power of others demands wash into me, challenging my inner authority. 10 days of hearing from all sides, "What I have to offer is stronger than your truth, lets do it my way instead." Who to trust? The deluge of illusion was being handed to me, again and again, would I have the strength to say no? Yes I would. The reward? Stability in the inner core, clarity, relief, trusting myself and forgiveness.
This was a victory for my psyche. I wanted to settle for less than my inner truth just to have something to hold on to that felt stronger than me, but I didn't. For the empath, saying no in the face of such pain and emotional influence is a passageway to home.
Most people who are so sensitive try to do a lot to fix it. They do this partly to fit in, partly because it's so tough to feel that much, and partly because it's hard on those around them. But the special qualities of an empath that can be developed are unique to them, and living a supportive life will make them stronger, instead of throwing themselves into situations they cannot handle that eventually throw them off their path.
Of course, psychic ability is the primary gift of the empath. The way to this gift is through radical self care and self love. Sorting out what is your pain, and what is the pain of others will be a lifetime practice. Empaths make wonderful animal communicators, channelers, healers, artists, gardeners, writers and musicians. Really any calling that requires or greatly benefits from subtle levels of sensitivity, understanding and compassion. Connection with nature is so important because the empath can finally relax into a collective energy field that is strong, happy and balanced.
Over time, with much work, the empathy will get stronger and stronger, able to navigate the world with considerably more ease.
Get Help
This is for empaths who are not actually in the disaster location, but feeling it anyway. While I can usually bring myself back to center quickly, I had to admit that I couldn't do it by myself through this tragedy in Japan. Neither could a lot of my super power healer friends. I was walking around feeing like an iron rod was stuck through my heart, the expression on my face was alarming and well, unattractive. It was very, very painful. I danced, I thrashed, I sang, I cried. Nothing really shifted it fully.
So I went to my energy healer and she helped to restore my equilibrium so I could do the job I love most, serving. She helped to clear the astral energies, process the psychological points revealed and restore my energy field into divine stability. After I got put back together again, I felt good as new, ready to get back out there to help others.
Connecting with your Inner Core
Most times we can re-balance by ourselves. During a natural disaster, especially a water disaster, coupled with mass death, it is important not to stay in the emotional bodies. An empath might just continue to feel and feel and feel everything until she or he is completely lost in Neptunian illusion. So first, do what you need to do to shift energies into your strength.
Exercise
To find your strength in the middle of chaos, simply send a line of light to the center of earth from the center of your body. Feel it connect with the Earth energy, then send a light to the Heavenly bodies, allowing this line to run through the center of your body. This line is not based in feeling, it is based in intention, so don't do the Earth Sky meditation feeling love in your heart first. Feel strength, intentionality, certainty, the core. When you feel anchored in and supported in the strength of both Mother Earth and Father Sky, then go to your heart to access compassion without losing your anchor.
Remember, you are bypassing the emotional body, not going into your story or your desires. You just access compassion for what is going on without losing your balance. If you notice that you start to freak out, you are in your emotional body. If you feel nothing, you are probably disconnected, which isn't optimal either.
When you feel strong, supported and able to handle what is going on you are there. Then allow yourself to be lifted out of the chaotic energy and into the New Earth energy. You could see this as going into the Unity Grid, or just imagining a place beyond the turmoil and in harmony. Once you feel yourself firmly in the New Earth energy you can relax and allow yourself to feel again. Chances are you will feel hope, your purpose and your love for humanity.
The energies of shifting from one reality into the next are very, very different. It is important to do your clearing, but not to get stuck in the illusion that we must perpetually search for the next problem to fix, or that we must suffer to grow, that is truly the old paradigm.
