A New Message from the Stars from Dr. Richard Boylan

In our "Star Visitors" issue, we carried an article from Dr. Richard Boylan about the new children from or affected by Close Encounters (you can access this article at Star Kids: Our Future Hope).

Dr. Boylan is a UFO researcher who has made a huge impact on worldwide acceptance of "extraterrestrial" contact, including visiting Monsignor Balducci in the Vatican and obtaining from him the Catholic Church's position that star visitors have in fact been coming to Earth since biblical times (Balducci's treatise on this also was published in "Star Visitors" issue of our magazine).

Now, Dr. Boylan has issued a new proclamation concerning the future intent of the Star People. In a nutshell, the message is that our governments have failed us, and that from now on the Star People will be speaking with the People in a stepped-up program of mass contact.

Dr. Boylan make the basic points below in a newsletter that was forwarded to our office this morning (you may subscribe to the newsletter at Dr. Boylan's website). It is a "small excerpt" of the total information he was given.

The group that gave Dr. Boylan this information are, he said, our "blue-skinned Visitors with classic Zeta Reticulan appearance of large (to us) head, large slanted black eyes and three long-fingered hands."

These Star Visitors, Dr. Boylan goes on to say, "were involved in the creation of the mega-pyramids in Egypt, long, long before the era of the historic Pharaohs. They used vibrations to create anti-gravity effects in moving the huge blocks of stone, whose weight still exceeds the ability of humans with modern technology to lift."

To us, it is of interest to note that Jane Roberts, who wrote all of the Seth material, described the pyramid building in exactly these terms, long before such information had been made available to the general reading public from other sources (in her book The Education of Oversoul Seven).

According to Dr. Boylan's information:

The Visitors, a federation of races who are in contact with Earth, are displeased that the major seven governments of our developed countries continue to cover up Star Visitor contact, and have given up trying to convince our governments to end the cover-up.

The Visitors feel that civilized people do not bomb others and wage war, and they feel the need to do something about our population's continued belief in these behaviors.

Because the 2012 date that ends our current time cycle is almost upon us, the Visitors have concluded that their program of close encounters with individuals is going too slowly. At the apex of this cycle, Dr. Boylan reports, Earth people will need to be "retrieved" until the new cycle can begin, and at the current rate of education, not enough people will be psychologically or socially prepared for this experience. Therefore...

The Star Visitors are intending soon (no later than 2006) to begin making appearances to large groups of civilians in such a way that no one will be able to deny or forget what happened (the example Dr. Boylan gave was the Visitors appearing to all the people in a shopping mall).

The Star Visitors are aware that many people will interpret them as angels or saints. They also are saying that the individuals known as Jesus and Mother Mary will return along with "other Great Teachers," at which point the churches' distortions of the original message they were supposed to give to the People will be addressed.

The Visitors also intend to work directly with religious leaders of all faiths and with indigenous peoples worldwide.

The message of "Love Your Neighbor" will be basic to our experiences of the Star Visitors in the future, so that, Dr. Boylan says, these encounters will be experienced in the context of a "family reunion."

As most Spirit of Ma'at readers know, Drunvalo also has predicted that a stepped-up program of Star Visitor contact is imminent. Through the magazine, his workshops, and his talk at the December 2002 Prophets Conference, he has sought to make us aware of the "cover-up" — and the true picture. As Dr. Boylan concludes in his newsletter, "We do indeed live in interesting times."
