In last month's issue, I wrote an article called "Call to the Light Workers" that explored the connection between healing old patterns and stepping forward on the path of the soul.
This meditation, "Clear and Heal", was created to help everyone release old stuck emotions and patterns, and imprint higher empowerment virtues to continue the healing process. Lost soul parts are called back to facilitate your path to joy.
I also added a few intentions for healing the light body:
1. Your sun and earth tetrahedrons are equal, balanced, whole and perfect
2. Your emotional body is in balance and in its correct ratio to your mental body
3. Your light body repels anything not for your highest good and healing
4. You are a living field of love and light.
At the end of the meditation, you are invited to hold a most perfect vision of your most perfect world. You might want to spend a few moments creating that vision prior to doing the meditation.
May this meditation help you clear and heal gently, with grace and ease. May your soul's path be that of joy.
