This meditation is the first in the Alignment of Your Heart Series. The purpose is clearing the original cellular memory of judgment and separation. May it help you on your path.

This is Phoenix Rising Star, with the Alignment of Your Heart Meditation Series. Clearing Cellular Memory. Thanks to Scott Huckabay for his fabulous background music, Walk on Water.
Just breathe.
Slowly and deeply.
Filling yourself with relaxation and harmony.
Inhaling profound relaxation. Exhaling tension, worry, fear.
Allow all the cells in your body to feel profound relaxation.
And allow all the spaces between your cells to feel profound relaxation.
Even your DNA feels relaxed. Feel it unwinding.
Taking you back in time…..to the very first instance when your soul was a divine spark of love.
Feel the lightness of this divine spark.
Feel the gentle movement.
The effortlessness to be in alignment.
Really feel that.
And notice all the other divine sparks around you.
Effortless in their alignment.
Moving gently.
Moving with love.
Staying in their innocence.
Floating.
Just being.
And suddenly, you get the message.
You have an opportunity to come into a third dimension.
And be in a third dimensional body.
To live your soul's mission from that point.
To be part of the unfolding of the divine plan for all others.
Of course you accept.
This is what you're excited for.
This is what you've been waiting for.
Of course you accept.
And one by one all the divine sparks who've also accepted, line up.
Eagerly waiting.
And one by one, they move into the third dimension.
Until it's your turn.
And in a second, you are into that third dimension.
And in that very second you forget.
You forget what it's like to be divine.
You're blasted with light, noise, confusion, and pain.
And that creates your first layer of cellular memory.
The pain through which you see the world.
And the pain through which you receive the world.
Pain, judgment, separation.
Now that you've located the very source of that first layer, let's heal it.
Place your hands on your heart.
Allow yourself to be filled with compassion for that divine spark.
That divine spark of who you are, who came into this world not knowing, and forgetting. Forgetting the innocence.
Allow your compassion to travel through your heart and through all your being.
Healing that cellular memory layer.
Feeling compassion in every cell.
All the spaces between your cells.
Filling your DNA with compassion.
Viewing the world through eyes of compassion.
Viewing others through the eyes of compassion.
Healing your cellular memory.
Healing theirs.
Receiving the compassion back.
Remembering your innocence.
Just staying in that space……for as long as you like.
