Our organic essential mists for the chakras come in a set as well as individually. Each one is in vibratory alignment with the corresponding chakra 1 through 8.

Using the same essential oils for each chakra, Dr. Long formulated a mist for each one. The Mists are to be used around the body in the energy field. Start misting at the left side of the body, go up and around the head and down the right side. The mists are not quite as potent as the concentrated essential oil, however they do the job. Dr. Long uses distilled water in the make-up of the mist.
