It is Easter morning, and the garden lies like a flower, untouched and lovely on this spring morning. I feel out into the world, and I feel the uproar, as the Earth seems to shake and tremble. It's not happening here — there are no storms, no movement. This part of the earth lies sweet and gentle. But, my spiritual self reaches out into the shift, and I feel the duality of consciousness: the beliefs surrounding Atlantis and Armageddon, the Rapture and Heaven on Earth, the Mayan Calendar and planetary alignment.
So many thoughts, so many beliefs swirl in the wind. The duality of thought and feeling, as the Earth takes on heighted frequency, rocks the world. I reflect that the Earth is raising her heart vibration, and this pressures us to do the same.
No one can deny it. Everything is changing as we approach the end of the Mayan Calendar. I wonder why I ever thought that this shift would be easily accomplished. Then I remember what I know about enlightenment and how it comes in waves and flashes, that people move between highs and lows until they can hold the gestalt realization of truth. And that suddenly happens in the heart, like a miracle.
At that point, life stops moving between the highs and lows. It becomes beautiful, aligned and balanced. Everyone becomes lovely; life flows. So, it's not surprising that we swing between duality as it is said that tremendous light is beamed into planet during the turning of the ages.
One of the strangest and most interesting aspects of light is that we always see the darkness first. When frequency is raised, the first object of awareness is usually the "thing", the relationship, or the pattern that has always been there, but we refused to see in the past. The negativity seems all encompassing, particularly the state of the Earth, and we have to deal with it. I suspect this is the place of landing in our current journey.
Is it possible that inner alignment is the design of the outer planetary alignment? The planets and constellations are within our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies; they also represent the chakras, the movement of divine energy in a physical form. In each of us, there are imbalances, or misreading of energy. It may be that the balance of our chakras and energy is demanded by the course of the stars. Each time that the stars and planets move into another new shape, our inner conflicts become apparent, thus the planets give opportunity for contemplation, insight and correction, like a boat that must align with the North Star.
We lose our alignment when we move into lower emotions or when beliefs about life "shape reality." Energy is only energy in its purest form. It is only what we think, believe and feel about it that gives it form. We are also prone to tap into the collective consciousness through our definition of identity, by tapping into a similar group who resonates with our beliefs.
The world is experiencing an energy crisis, and the rule is that the macrocosm and microcosm are related. The macrocosm is a reflection of our inner selves. By taking a quick look at our society, it's easy to see how we waste our energy.
1) We watch television, movies or You Tube. We focus on death, crime, violence and sex.
2) We eat food that is not nourishing or sustaining to our being.
3) Much of our energy goes into creating a living. Living should be based on the heart's desires.
4) We focus on cataclysm and plots. We have fear about our health and the future.
5) We wonder why the government doesn't take care of us.
6) We rarely spend energy on cultivating a link with nature or nurturing relationships.
7) Our bodies are often neglected in the pursuit of energy in forms that are representative of the ego, not the soul.
This listing includes only a few forms of losing energy. There are many more forms that are not listed. We lose energy when we descend into judgment, criticism or view life as "wrong." We lose energy when we consume packaged foods or stray into the hunger of consumerism.
The Universe is raining energy, and it amplifies every negative thought. This is not surprising because negative patterns must be seen before they are cleared — an ego permutation must be cleansed before moving into the next state of identity or creation of the soul. It cannot be eradicated; it is observed and then merged into the existing structure. This is the challenge that lies before us.
Sages bless all of life, condemning no one or any point of view. They see nothing wrong with any stance in life, but the fact is that energy descends when focusing on anything other than the underlying perfection. The point is that life reflects our perceptions by acting as a mirror of our thoughts, emotions and connection. When we see a clouded mirror, it tends to repeat that form. Perhaps, it is our responsibility or challenge to see life as it should be, not as it is.
I glance into the collective consciousness, and I see many souls who are evolving. I see the beauty of their hearts, their courage and focus on the inner light, but I don't see vision. What is vision? It is out-of-the-box thinking with big dreams and possibilities that barely seem to be probabilities. But someone has to have a larger vision. Someone has to dream of a world that is in harmony. It's not enough to think that there will be Heaven on Earth. We have to see it, and we have to believe it.
Everyone has piece of collective consciousness to clear for the world, an expression of individual issues and problems that no one else can solve. Everyone has a piece of the vision — an inner dream of incredible beauty and hope, a piece of a jigsaw puzzle that only he or she can fit into the globe of the earth.
Here are a few of my thoughts. I hope that you will work with me, and I hope that you will develop these ideas.
1) A beautiful world with many green spaces in every community so that wild animals can live in harmony with us. It is a world with clean, clear oceans inhabited by dolphins and whales who sing the world into peaceful harmony.
2) Unlimited energy already exists. We need only to learn how to use and apply it.
3) Balance and love are needed between human beings. At some point, we must leave behind anger, criticism and dismay. In every person, there resides a light body. We must focus on the loveliness of the heart, the gifts of others and kindness of love. When will we see the beauty in one another?
4) A balance between the corporate and individual businesses is necessary. There is plenty on this earth for everyone, but no one seems to have bothered with this vision.
5) More time is needed for everyone to enjoy the earth and to play like a child in the boundless beauty. Star gazing parties, wading through streams and laughter are needed.
6) It's important to perceive that the possibility of change exists. We have to believe and work for it. Devotion and practice are needed. Ask often, "What would this look like if it were in harmony with the Earth?" Ask for a vision, a melodious sound or a feeling to amplify and play it forward.
7) Most of all, we need to see that the unlimited power of the soul is our greatest potential. We give away our power by believing that the government or politics control us. There is no power so great as the Divine Soul.
Energy flows through the chakras. When I "gaze" at more spiritual people, there seems to be an abundance of energy in the upper three chakras, but the lower three chakras are partially closed. Let's look at the process and its effect. An example is easily expressed as an inspiration, received in meditation, to create more abundance or a loving relationship or a visual image of a more harmonious earth. After the inspiration is received, we form an image through the mental processes. The image may initially appear as harmonious, but it also vibrates through our subconscious.
When energy vibrates through the subconscious, it automatically receives the "software" of the past experiences. Our memories or karma have a pattern that interacts with the pure vision or inspiration so that it takes on the form of lower frequencies. (A person who has uncomfortable memories of relationship may remember hurtful words, or feelings of hopeless may surface at this time.)
When consciousness descends, it automatically links with collective consciousness, which can be overwhelming with its emotions of panic or fear and anger. It's clear that the media incites these emotions through broadcasts. Throw in a little lust, and there you have it — the three emotions that throw the bottom three chakras out of balance.
Here is an exercise for balancing the chakras:
Start by imagining the heart as a star that radiates outwardly. You can intensify this by using a color. Pink, violet or green with the heart chakra seem to work particularly well. Allow the star to revolve, infusing your field with color as it turns. Ask for love. Say to the Universe, "I am open to love. I am open to receiving love." Feel a wave of love from the Universe. Receive it and allow light or star in the heart chakra to expand. Receive more love and light.
Now open the bottom two chakras, chakras one and two. Ask to release the fear in the bottom chakra. The bottom chakra is grounding; it resonates with the earth. Allow the grounding energy of the earth to flow through your body. Now ask to release any congestion or blocked energy in the second chakra. We create with the sexual energies of the second chakra, so ask that you become more aware of your sexual energy. State that you want to create with your sexual energies. (There is a particular beat, a strong rhythm that is present on a physical level when this chakra is open. Physical vitality also increases.)
Now return to the heart chakra and the star, radiate light into your field, and state again, "I am open to love and willing to receive love." Feel it for a moment and let go. Practice this exercise at any time that you feel fear or desire to raise your frequency.
Alchemy works through the elements in a process. The four elements of earth, water, air and fire are found in all of us. Earth is our body and our physical environment; water is emotion. Air is thought, and fire is spiritual inspiration. The earth and water take the shape of our physicality and emotions, which are either in harmony with spirituality — think love and unity — or our fears that are out of balance with the "all." The akasha is like a giant telephone or computer connection that transmits all of our feelings and thoughts to one another. When fear or lower emotions are abundant, the earth has to clear them. Earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis are frequent when the quantity of fear increases in collective consciousness.
It's important to be vigilant, to know that every reception or conception of a disturbing image or thought or feeling about the Earth or life is received, that we are recording it in the Akasha, that great vibratory library that amplifies everything. Everyone has a different vision for the earth. It is the collection of positive individual thoughts that can change any given outcome, particularly if we believe that it will and it can.
The Alchemical Marriage actually demonstrates this experience. The seeker learns to stay focused on a desirable outcome, while accepting or observing thoughts and feelings that are highly contradictory. He or she accepts that the alchemical work will eventually result in a change, regardless of any evidence to the contrary. The change may not be what is envisioned, but life becomes better for the seeker, as well as everyone in his or her field.
The dark night of the soul always comes. There is always a moment of terrible doubt, as the darkness or nigredo in one's self begins to blend with the white of the soul or the albedo. The seeker is besieged by feelings of hopelessness. The many books, written on this subject matter, always encourage one course. That course of action is to center in the heart.
At that point, the spiral dance begins, as the patterns of light and darkness begin to integrate into a new pattern. The rubredo, which is the ruby that represents the jewel of the heart, begins to shine, and the seeker knows that it was not the circumstances, the people or the time of the planet — it was how he or she resonated with or interpreted the information.
Resonance is simply how we vibrate repetitively with energy. In alchemy, there is no good or bad. The "all" is only composed of energy, and you can do with that what you "will." Despite this fiat, alchemy also states that the Universe prefers love, balance and unity — and eventually, you will discover this for yourself. When you make the discovery, you understand that The Field or The One amplifies and intensifies everything that you think or feel — so why not choose the higher frequencies? Until then, the fiat only exists as a reminder that every disharmony exists because we vibrate with it.
When the rubredo — the marriage of the darkness and light- shines brightly, we receive an entirely new gestalt realization, which includes a higher frequency, the ability to vibrate with the information in a different way. Then we see that everything is only matter or molecules that vibrate with light. The old form or pattern drops away, reshaping itself into infinite possibility.
This is the challenge: how we vibrate with "reality" and how we interpret it. Do we confirm dark plots with our consciousness or do we see something better? Do we see solutions or hopeless? And isn't the information in our field because we vibrate with it? A thousand wonderful things happen every day, and we spend most of time focusing on the negative. The average person has 65,000 thoughts in one day and 95% of these are repetitive. What would happen if we changed 10 thoughts? What is your vision for yourself and the world? How often do you focus on it?
Astrologically, we are moving into chaotic nodes. The North Node is the exaltation and expression of spirit in the physical. It speaks of gifts that have not been mastered in the past or in previous life times. The South Node represents the mastery of the past and the temptation to stay in that place by refusing change and relying on past accomplishments. This is one of the dances of the soul through 2013. What will we do with it?
It's human nature to weigh spiritual work by the appearances in the physical world. We tend to expect immediate results. The truth is that the ego, not the heart, measures results. Every act, thought, feeling to create heightened consciousness is another piece of straw on the scale. When many pieces of straw accumulate, the scale changes its balance and moves toward manifestation.
We must clear our old selves and patterns if we want to move toward positive change. We must steer ourselves into a higher frequency to enter The Field, the place of miracles and endless possibility. Everyone has the capacity for this. Everyone has a vision. It is through our accumulated vision and actions that we have the possibility of healing our fragmented selves and the planet.
