We have found that most queries from our members can be answered below:
- I cannot remember my User Codes (User Name & Password).
- My User Codes do not work when I try to log in.
- I don't know my User Codes, and I can't retrieve them because my old email address does not work any more.
- I am a member and I need to change my account information (User Name, Password, Address, Phone).
- I would like to receive the magazine in hard copy.
- I would like to be able to download the magazines.
1. I cannot remember my User Codes (User Name & Password).
Please go HERE and click on "Lost Password" link. This will cause your User Codes to be sent to your email address. (If your email address is not working any more, see 3, below.)
2. My User Codes do not work when I try to log in.
Please note that "MarySmith" is not the same as "marysmith"
Most User Code failures are because the User is putting lower-case letters where capitals are required (or vice versa) or is adding or leaving out letters in one of the codes. Occasionally, also, people try to enter their email address as the User Name, and this will not work in our system. Please, please make sure you have the right codes and are inputting them correctly before you assume that your codes are not working.
Nearly all remaining User Code failures are because the membership has run out. If you suspect this but were not notified, either you did not read your email notification or else your email address is incorrect in our system. Please email webmaster@spiritofmaat.com and ask to know your member status. Make sure you use a valid email address when you write to us, and let us know the exact name on your account.
3. I don't know my User Codes, and I can't retrieve them because my old email address does not work any more.
First, go HERE and try to change your email address. If the system cannot locate you through the Question-and-Answer function, let us know by email to webmaster@spiritofmaat.com.
If you are successful at changing your email address, you will then be able to retrieve your codes.
4. I am a member and I need to change my account information (User Name, Password, Address, Phone).
If you know your User Codes, please go HERE and click on the function you require. If you don't know your User Codes, click on "Retrieve User Name / Password" first and then you can perform all the other account changes.
NOTE: If you are not a member, please go HERE to change any of the information we have for you in our database.
5. I would like to receive the magazine in hard copy.
Sorry, we cannot do this. For an explanation, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.
6. I would like to be able to download the magazines.
We are maxed-out on time and do not have the personnel required to do many things. Creating downloadable modules is one of them. We hope that this feature will be available in the not-too-distant future.

Most of the difficulties that people have in subscribing are addressed below:
- I have been unable to subscribe to membership. I have checked and so I know that my credit card is okay, but it is not being approved.
- When I try to subscribe to membership, I get a message that my User Name is invalid.
- I do not use credit cards. How can I become a member?
- I use credit cards, but do not like to give this information online. How can I become a member?

Please send an email to webmaster@spiritofmaat.com describing the problem and someone will help you.
2. When I try to subscribe, I get a message that my User Name is invalid.
This usually means that you have asked for a User Name that's already taken. Try something else. It can also mean that you have put spaces, @-signs, or other invalid characters into one of the fields. Make sure that all of the characters in the User Name and Password you ask for are either letters or numbers.
3. I do not use credit cards. How can I subscribe?
If you live in the U.S. or Canada, you can use the online check function (see membership sign-up list). If not, or you prefer not to give information online, please go HERE to print out our Order Form, fill it out, then send it via snail mail with your check or money order. The address you will need are on the Order Form.
4. I use credit cards, but do not like to give this information online. How can I subscribe?
See the answer under 3, above; fill in the credit card information on the Order Form and snail-mail or fax it to us. The Fax number is on the Order Form.

2. The website does not appear to be working.
Sometimes there are problems with any website, either because phone traffic is scrambled, or the site is undergoing maintenance. Regular Spirit of Ma'at maintenance takes place in the hours after midnight, New York time; but there are sometimes situations that have to be addressed at other times.
If you are accessing the site during normal hours and your access problem does not resolve itself within a few minutes, please note down exactly what URL you were trying to access and exactly what happened, and send a report to webmaster@spiritofmaat.com. Thanks!
3. I have a message or question for Drunvalo.
For all queries related to Drunvalo, his workshops, or his information on Sacred Geometry or Living in the Heart, please go to his website at Drunvalo.net and make use of the contact information there.
Also, please understand that Drunvalo receives hundreds of emails each day and cannot respond to most of them personally.
